My stylist was very friendly and cut my hair exactly how I had asked. Many times she explained how or why she was doing a particular thing so that (as a new client) she knew I would be happy with it.
Afterwards, she politely informed me she would be going on maternity leave and gave me the card of the stylist who would be covering her clients which I thought was very courteous.
The price was also wonderful and definitely fair for the service!
As well, for military members there is a 15% discount which is a nice way to show support for the military community. :) - Amy Simon Added 2018-09-17★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I finally book an appointment after my Email confirmation went unread, only to walk out 25 minutes later without ever seeing my potential new hair dressers face. If you are running behind, acknowledge your waiting clients. The fact that the shop was 10 minutes to close really let me know where I stood in terms of priority. Everyone runs late from time to time but when I can clearly hear a group chatting about Tinder?? Consults don't make money and that was clear today. I'll take my business somewhere else
